We would like to hear your thoughts on our proposal for new housing at the site of the former Fairlawn Nursery Annexe. As someone who lives in the area, we would be very grateful for your feedback on our proposals to build new affordable homes here.

The information on this website takes you through our initial proposals step-by-step. Following engagement beginning last year, we have tried to capture your comments and would now like to get your views on our initial ideas to bring new homes to the community.

We are keen to understand your views on the initial proposals we are presenting. After reading the material you will see there are a number of ways to provide feedback. Your feedback will be shared with our project team and taken into consideration as our proposals evolve. Thank you for your feedback received in January 2022 which has now been considered for our design proposals.

CONSULTATION WEBINAR

We held a virtual event on Tuesday 18 January to explore the initial proposals. You can watch this below.

The webinar consisted of a presentation of the initial proposals, followed by a Q&A session where members of the community could ask any questions they had.
